Easy Vegan Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron.

Mix all of the ingredients together, starting with dry ingredients and adding wet ingredients last.

Spoon the batter into your waffle iron, following your waffle irons instructions.

Enjoy!

Notes

I have a mini waffle iron. Double the recipe for bigger waffles or to make additional.
