Double Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread

Serves: 10-12 slices Cooking Time: 40 minutes


  • 3 bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips + more for the top



Add the bananas, coconut oil, almond milk, and flax to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, set aside.


Add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a mixing bowl, then add the wet ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.


Fold in the chocolate chips last.


Line a bread pan with parchment, add the batter to the pan, top with extra chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
