Creamy Vegan QuesoPrint Recipe
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 5 tbsp salsa (I used organic mild salsa)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Soak the cashews in water for 4 hours before making the queso, then drain cashews.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until creamy
Add more seasonings or jalapeno peppers if you prefer more spice.
You can warm it or eat it room temp, totally up to your preference!
