Creamy Chocolate (Chia) PuddingPrint Recipe
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk + 2 tbsp for blending
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 dates, pitted (plus more if you prefer sweeter)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add chia seeds and 3/4 cup almond milk to a jar with a lid and stir.
Place the jar in the fridge for an hour or so to allow the mixture to gel a bit.
Add all of the ingredients (including the jar mixture) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Place back in the fridge overnight to completely chill and finishing setting up.
