Banana Bread

Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients.

Pour into a lightly greased bread pan.

Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
